If poles or tracks have been ordered and require fitting, then a local fitter can be contacted. Please note that fitting comes at an extra cost, and paid directly to a professional fitter.
The Process
Consultation
After initial contact by phone, email or the contact form, I will have a short chat about your wishes and requirements.
Home Visit
I will arrange a home visit where I can come around, meet you, measure up the space and discuss your needs in more detail.
Fabrics
I can discuss styles, fabrics, budget and timescales for the project. Poles and tracks can also be supplied if these are required.
Quote
I will provide a quotation for supplies and labour costs. If you are happy to proceed, I request that the fabric cost is covered so that I can go ahead and place an order.
Handmade
I will provide you with a time frame for the order to be made. Timeframes vary based on design complexity, but I will provide a clear estimate during your consultation.
Delivery
Once your order is ready, I will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery. An invoice will be prepared and final payment by cash or by BACS will be due. I offer free delivery within a 10 mile radius however if further afield, this will be an additional cost that is agreed with you during the initial quoting process or collection can be organised from my studio.
